Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible:
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Customized or personalized items, intimate goods, or perishable goods are not eligible for return.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory to verify any damages during delivery.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return:
    • Connect with our customer service team via WhatsApp at +91 80-77230361 or email at care.agaapee@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Packaging and Shipping:
    • Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to our return address.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Intimate goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
    • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued as store credit only.

Partial Refunds

  • In some cases, only partial refunds in store credit may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your Agaapee account as store credit.
  • No refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your store credit after notification, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to arrange the exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive the defective or damaged item and verify its condition, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item. In these cases, we will cover the shipping expenses.

Shipping of Exchanges

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
